We may collect information you provide directly, such as when you contact us via the support form (e.g., email address and message content). We may also collect usage data and technical information (e.g., IP address, browser type) when you visit this site.

We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries, improve this website, and for analytics. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Cookies and Similar Technologies

This site may use cookies and similar technologies for functionality and analytics. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.

4. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services (e.g., hosting, analytics). Those services have their own privacy policies governing how they use your information.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy or as required by law.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us via the Support page to exercise these rights.

7. Yesdo App

Yesdo (Yesdo: Your Wrist Assistant) is an app for iPhone, Apple Watch, and Mac. It works on your device by default. Cloud AI, sync, server automations, and AI sleep analysis each stay off until you turn them on.

What goes to our server

  • Your account ID and your device push token.
  • Automations you choose to run on the server, and their run history (deleted after 7 days).
  • Sign-in tokens for services you connect, stored encrypted.
  • Messages passed between your own devices, encrypted so the server cannot read them.

What never goes to our server

  • Audio, transcripts, and notes from meetings, talks, and interviews, and voice profiles.
  • Raw health samples, such as heart-rate samples and wrist movement.

Meeting, talk, and interview recordings

  • Recording, transcription, and summaries happen on your device by default. Audio is never sent to our server.
  • If on-device AI is not available, you can choose to summarize one meeting with our server AI. Only then is that transcript sent. It is used to write the summary and is not stored.
  • Before you record a meeting or an interview, you must confirm that you told everyone it is being recorded. Recording does not start until you confirm.
  • Summaries on Apple servers (Private Cloud Compute) are used only if you turn them on.
  • You can set audio to delete itself after 7, 30, or 90 days.

Health information

  • To analyze your sleep, Yesdo reads sleep stages, heart rate, HRV, breathing rate, wrist temperature, blood oxygen, and wrist movement. It also reads caffeine, alcohol, and workouts you logged in Health, and late events in your calendar, to find reasons for a bad night.
  • Yesdo only reads from Apple Health (HealthKit). It never writes to Health.
  • The analysis happens on your device.
  • Health information is sensitive, so AI sleep analysis has its own consent screen. Only if you turn it on, Yesdo sends that night’s summary numbers once a day (score, minutes in each sleep stage, times awake, 5-minute heart-rate averages, an HRV summary, and factor values such as your last caffeine time) together with your 30-night averages.
  • Raw samples are never sent. The server writes the answer and does not store your numbers or the answer. The answer stays on your device. The AI provider is called with a setting that keeps your data out of model training.
  • Health information is not included in sync. Apple Health keeps your own devices in step.
  • We never use health information for ads or tracking, and we never sell it or share it with others.
  • You can turn off AI sleep analysis, or Yesdo’s access to Health, at any time.

Not a medical device

  • Yesdo is not a medical device. Do not use its sleep and heart readings to diagnose or treat any condition. Ask a doctor about health concerns.

Analytics and deleting your account

  • Yesdo has no analytics or advertising SDKs. Crash reports come only from Apple (MetricKit and App Store Connect).
  • You can delete your account in the app. This deletes your server data and your account together.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent version. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
